Had quite the experience with SouthBay Appliance Repair in San Jose last week, and I'm happy to share. Our freezer acted up right out of the blue. Found these guys on a Google search, and boy, was it the right choice. The tech, Nate, was at my door quick. Super friendly, knew his stuff. He took one look at the freezer and got to work. We’ve got a GE, and he seemed to handle it like a pro.
The issue? Something with the compressor or whatever. Nate explained it a bit, but honestly, I just wanted it fixed. And he did it, fast and painless. Prices seemed fair for what was required. Of course, when the freezer started humming again, I knew we’d called the right folks.
